Privacy Policy

Gupta Coder ("we", "our", or "us") builds and publishes mobile applications for Android devices on the Google Play Store. This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications developed and published by Gupta Coder and explains how information is handled when you install and use our applications.

1. Information We Collect

Our utility, calculator, productivity, and tool applications are designed with a Privacy-First approach:

• No Personal Account Required: You can use our apps without registering an account or providing your name, email address, phone number, or physical address.
• User-Created Data Stays on Your Device: Any calculations, notes, saved projects, preferences, or settings you create inside our apps are stored locally on your device using Android's internal storage (SQLite / Room Database / SharedPreferences). We do not upload or store your personal records on external servers.

2. Permissions & Device Access

Our applications request only the minimum permissions required to provide core functionality:

• Local Storage / Cache: Used only to save your in-app preferences, offline databases, or temporary export files (such as PDF quotes or text summaries) when you explicitly tap Export or Share.
• Native Android Share Sheet: When you choose to export or share content, the file is shared solely with the external app you manually select.
• No Sensitive Spyware Permissions: We never secretly access your contacts, microphone, camera, SMS, or background GPS location.

3. Third-Party Services (Google Play Services & AdMob)

Depending on the specific app you install, the app may use standard third-party SDKs provided by Google to support app updates, crash stability, or optional advertising:

• Google Play Services & Play In-App Updates: Used to check for official app updates and maintain security and compatibility on Android devices.
• Google AdMob (In Ad-Supported Apps): If an app displays advertisements, Google AdMob may use the device's resettable Advertising ID and non-personal diagnostics to show relevant or non-personalized ads in compliance with Google Play policies.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Because all user-entered data is stored locally on your device, you have 100% control over your data at all times:

• You can clear or reset saved records directly inside the app using the Reset / Clear All Data button.
• Uninstalling the application or clearing the app's storage in Android Settings permanently deletes all locally stored data from your device.

5. Children's Privacy

Our applications do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can delete it immediately.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect new features or regulatory requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
